Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services ("Services") provided by NotifyOK.com ("we", "us", or "our") through its SaaS platform. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Subscription Plans and Renewals
Your use of the Platform may be subject to a subscription plan, which will be billed at regular intervals as described at the time of purchase. Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled according to the terms set forth below.
2. Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests for subscription plans must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) days before the renewal date. The cancellation request must be sent from the email address associated with the account that subscribed to the plan and must be directed to notifyokbot@gmail.com.
Late cancellation requests may result in charges for the upcoming billing cycle.
3. Refund Policy
All payments for subscription plans are final and non-refundable once processed.
Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Unused credits during the subscription period.
- The user disabling the "Scan for All Websites" setting resulting in no scan reports being generated.
- Lack of usage of any feature or service included in the plan.
4. Modifications to the Service
NotifyOK.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Platform or any portion thereof with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotifyOK.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to access or use the Services;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal or financial information stored therein;
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services;
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.
In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services exceed the total amount paid by you to NotifyOK.com for the past three (3) months of the service in question.
